At Mabru, we stand behind the quality and performance of our RV rooftop air conditioning units. Every unit is designed, tested, and supported to deliver years of reliable comfort on the road.
Limited Warranty Coverage

Mabru Power Systems provides a one-year limited warranty on all RV rooftop air conditioners.

Original Equipment Installation:
If your Mabru unit was installed as original equipment on a new vehicle, warranty coverage begins on the date of the vehicle’s original purchase.

Aftermarket Purchase:
For units purchased separately (not as original vehicle equipment), coverage begins on the date of the product purchase.

To confirm warranty eligibility, customers must provide valid proof of purchase (such as a dated sales receipt or vehicle purchase documents) at the time of filing a claim.
What’s Covered

Repair or replacement of defective parts.

Replacements and exchanges may be made using new, remanufactured, or refurbished parts, at the discretion of Mabru.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damages or failures caused by:

Mishandling or neglect

Improper installation or application

Incorrect or unstable power supply

Use of non-Mabru parts or components

Corrosive environments

Lightning or other natural events
How to File a Claim

To file a warranty claim, please contact the dealer you purchased your unit from. They will assist you in processing your claim and coordinate directly with Mabru Power Systems as needed. Units purchased directly from Mabru, please contact support@mabrumarine.com
